At Rodriguez Law Group PLLC, we believe immigration law is more than a set of rules—it’s about people, dreams, and resilience.
My name is Philip Rodriguez V, and I am the founder and principal immigration attorney at Rodriguez Law Group. My work in immigration law is grounded in an understanding that the U.S. immigration system is complex - and that the decisions made within it shape lives, families, and futures. Growing up, I witnessed how profoundly an opportunity in this country could change the course of a person's life. That perspective continues to guide my approach: clear counsel, careful preparation, and steady advocacy for those building their future here.
Immigration is more than paperwork; it’s where legal precision meets life-changing decisions.
The system is complex, and the consequences are significant. Clear guidance and careful preparation are not optional - they are essential.
Our firm represents individuals and families seeking opportunity, stability, and lawful status in the United States. We approach each case with discipline, candor, and close attention to detail. Clients receive straighforward advice, realistic expectations, and steady advocacy at every stage of the process.
Over the years, I have represented clients across the globe—reuniting families, supporting professionals, and guiding individuals through the path to lawful permanent residence and citizenship.
Our work regularly involves matters before:
Department of Justice (DOJ)
Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Department of State (DOS)
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
The firm handles family-based and employment-based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, removal proceedings, and naturalization. Regardless of the forum or complexity, our approach remains consistent: thorough preparation, clear communication, and principled advocacy.
I earned my Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, and am admitted to practice in all federal immigration courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar College, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Fluent in Spanish, I work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that language is never a barrier to understanding their rights, options, and responsibilities under the law.
Every case is different. Our standards are not.
We operate with honesty -- providing direct answers and realistic assessments. We act with integrity -- treating every client with professionalism and respect. We practice resilience -- approaching challenges methodically and without shortcuts.
Immigration law demands preparation and judgment. That is what we provide.
If you are buliding your future in the United States, careful legal guidance matters. Our role is to ensure that your case is prepared thoughtfully, presented clearly, and handled with the seriousness it deserves.
Because immigration isn’t just a legal process—it’s a story of courage, determination, and hope. Let’s write your next chapter together.
